A horoscope written by your own body.
Every morning Fitstrology reads last night's sleep, your heart and your training, and writes you a forecast. Witty, honest, and on your side.

Your body already keeps a diary.
We just read it out loud.
Your Watch, ring and scale already send everything to Apple Health. Fitstrology turns it into one thing worth opening every morning.
The daily forecast
A headline ("A slow-burn Tuesday"), a cheeky paragraph about how you slept and recovered, and three things to do today.
Charge and Climb
Charge is how ready you are today, measured against your own normal, not a stranger's. Climb is how you're tracking on your goals this month.
Coach's pick
The workout you need next: the muscles furthest behind this week, sets, reps and weights from your own log. Swap anything. Rate it Easy, Right, Hard or Hurt and the next one adapts.

Twenty signs. One of them is you.
Your Body Sign is read from your own data: your sleep Rhythm (when and how regularly you sleep) and your training Engine (what you actually do). Four rhythms × five engines. It needs a week of nights, then it's revealed on Sunday.
Leo energy says go big. Your Charge says go medium.
Add your birthday (just day and month) and your sun sign joins the forecast with a playful daily line, and pairs with your Body Sign: "Leo sun, Night Owl Ox: you roar under heavy iron, after dark."
It's flavour, not fate. Your star sign never changes your workout or your scores, and your birthday never leaves your phone.
The Body Age reveal.
Each week Fitstrology estimates your Body Age from your cardio fitness, resting heart rate, sleep, strength training and body composition, then counts it in like a slot machine. A year younger than last week? You'll want to share that. (We made a card for it.)
An estimate for motivation, not a medical test. How it's worked out →

Questions
Do I need an Apple Watch?
It helps but isn't required. Fitstrology reads whatever is in Apple Health: an Apple Watch, an Oura or other ring, a smart scale, or just your iPhone's steps. The more it has, the sharper your Charge and Body Age.
Is this real astrology?
Your Body Sign is read from your own data, so it's more "body-strology". Your star sign is optional, just for fun, and never changes your workouts or scores.
Is Body Age a medical test?
No. It's a wellness estimate for motivation, built from well-studied markers like cardio fitness and resting heart rate. Talk to a doctor about your health.
Does it guess how much I should lift?
No. The first time you do an exercise you pick a weight you could lift 12 times. Fitstrology remembers it and sets your next weights from what you actually did.
What if something hurts?
Tap "How's my body", note the area, and Fitstrology keeps exercises that load it out of your workouts until you mark it better. If it's sharp, please see a professional.
How do I cancel?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fitstrology. Or in the app: You → Manage subscription.
